Export Product Details:

  1. Importing goods that are prohibited by law, contain narcotics, or are illegal is strictly prohibited. Please inquire with the company beforehand.
  2. For products with a total weight of 300 kilograms or more, the company provides free delivery (within Bangkok) for shipments of 4 cubic meters or more.
  3. In cases where the product weight is light and the shipping cost is lower than the minimum charge, the company reserves the right to charge the minimum specified shipping fee.
  4. The company does not handle the delivery of liquids, counterfeit goods, flammable materials, explosives, fireworks, live plants, ammunition, and items prohibited for export.
  5. For smoother customs clearance, customers must provide accurate product details to the company. If the provided information does not match the actual products, the customer will be responsible for all resulting expenses.
  6. The transportation cost is divided into 2 types:
    • Paying for Shipping
    • Payment to the shipper (origin) Payment to the receiver (destination) (The company will collect the shipping fee from the receiver in full before arranging the product delivery. However, if the receiver does not make the payment within the specified timeframe, the company reserves the right to collect the shipping fee from the shipper.)
  7. Exporting goods typically takes around 20 days (but may be delayed due to holidays).
  8. Once the goods arrive in Thailand, the company will deliver them to the address provided by the shipper (the receiver’s address and contact information must match and be accurate)

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Goods:

In the event of loss or damage during shipment, responsibility is categorized into two types:

  • In cases where no insurance was obtained for the goods, the company will only compensate three times the shipping cost.
  • In cases where insurance was obtained for the goods, if the goods are lost or damaged (*excluding cases of natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.), the company will abide by the terms of the insurance policy purchased by the customer. Full compensation will be provided according to the terms of the insurance contract. (The insured value of the goods must be specified in the insurance contract.

General Product Insurance Terms and High-Value Goods:

by Ship:

  • General goods: 1% insurance of the product value.
  • High-value goods: For products valued more than 10 times the shipping cost, considered high-value, insurance is 3% of the product value or higher.

by Truck:

  • General goods: 1% insurance of the product value.
  • High-value goods: For products valued more than 5 times the shipping cost, considered high-value, insurance is 3% of the product value or higher.

***Fragile or easily breakable items should be well-packed by the customer. In case of damage in such instances, the customer will be responsible for the goods.

Shipping Costs:

  • Charges are based on the number of cubic meters (cubic queues).
  • If the number of cubic queues for shipping exceeds 4 queues, free delivery is provided within the Bangkok metropolitan area.

***If the above criteria are not met, shipping costs will be calculated based on distance and the volume of the shipped goods.

  • Once the customer’s goods arrive at the warehouse in Thailand, customers must collect the goods within 1 week. If the goods are stored for more than 1 week, the company will charge a storage fee of 100 Baht per queue per week (2 weeks = 200 Baht per queue, 3 weeks = 300 Baht per queue, and so on)
