After successfully paying for the products with the Chinese factory, before proceeding with the shipment to Thailand, customers can contact our company through WeChat or LINE. This allows us to verify if the import of the goods is feasible and complies with the laws and regulations.

After reaching an agreement on the importation of goods and settling the transportation fees with our company, customers can check the status of their shipments from the moment they are dispatched in China until they arrive in Thailand. When the goods arrive at the warehouse in Thailand, customers can choose the delivery method within the country. They have the option to pick up the goods themselves or request the company to deliver them to the desired location. Customers will be responsible for additional domestic delivery fees incurred, as arranged with the transportation company.
Shipping China (Shipping services from China) is a service provider that imports goods from China, both by sea and by road. This includes handling documentation and tax payment procedures in accordance with customs regulations accurately. The process involves transporting the goods to the warehouse and delivering them to the specified destination as requested by the customer.
In the case of LCL shipments, MS Inter Logistics takes care of the tax clearance on behalf of the customers. The tax is already included and consolidated with the shipping costs incurred by the customer from the outset.
After the factory in China sends the products to the warehouse successfully, the import duration from China depends on the chosen transportation method.
However, if there are uncontrollable factors such as long holidays or unpredictable weather conditions, the timeframe may be subject to delays.
